Wayback Revive calculates your restoration price based on the size and complexity of the website being restored. Each project is different, so understanding the factors that affect cost helps you choose the right package from the start.

Pricing Factors

Page Count

The total number of pages archived for your website directly affects the scope of work.

File Size

Overall data volume — including images, CSS, and JavaScript — contributes to the total package size.

Restoration Format

Restoring to plain HTML is simpler than a full WordPress rebuild. The format you choose affects the price.

Number of Domains

Each additional domain beyond the primary one incurs extra cost.
Custom or additional requirements — such as special integrations or non-standard reconstruction — are also factored into your quote.

Standard Package Limits

Every standard package includes the following:
  • Up to 5k pages or 10 GB of total data (whichever is reached first)
  • One primary domain
  • Archive cleanup as part of the restoration

When Additional Costs Apply

If your restoration involves more than one domain, each additional domain is priced separately beyond the standard package.
Projects that exceed 20,000 pages or 10 GB require an expanded scope, which adds to the base price.
Non-standard requests — such as rebuilding dynamic features or custom layouts — are quoted individually based on the work involved.
If you are unsure which package fits your website, contact support before placing your order. Providing your domain and a rough idea of your site’s size helps the team give you an accurate estimate.
